1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

We, Ideeli Limited (the “Company), are glad that you have chosen to visit www.4stripe.com (the “Website”) and utilize our services. The Website provides or will provide a wide variety of resources to users including without limitation to providing an opportunity to participate in a training camp in Jiu Jitsu in Hong Kong (the “Camp”) (the “Services”).

By accessing and using the Website and Services and the joining of the Camp, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”), which may be updated by us from time to time without further notice to you. You can always review the updated version of the Agreement at [url]. The Agreement is binding on the existing and all future access and use of the Website regardless of whether there is a contractual relationship between you and us unless any term or condition of the Agreement is expressly altered/ amended by us in written form. Each time you access the Website will be taken as confirmation that you understand and agree with the latest terms of this Agreement.

You further acknowledge and accept that an offer and acceptance of joining the Camp and using the Services are in whole expressed by means of electronic records and you shall not challenge the validity of the possible contractual relationship between you and us on the sole ground that an electronic record was used for that purpose.

 

2. Your Registration Obligations

In consideration of your access and use of the Website and the Services and/or the joining of Camp, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract between you and us. You also agree to:

  • provide true, accurate, not otherwise misleading, current and complete information about yourself; and
  • maintain and promptly update your information as described in Clause 2(a) above to keep it true, accurate, not otherwise misleading, current and complete.

If you provide any information which is untrue, inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or not updated, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or not updated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website and the Services and joining of the Camp.

If you would like to change the details of registration, please send us a notice about this by email so we can update our records.

 

3. Payment

You acknowledge and accept that:-

  • you shall buy a ticket via the Website to join the Camp;
  • all payments shall be conducted via paypal and we shall not be liable for any losses caused by third party payment mechanism;
  • all payments paid are non-refundable; and
  • the ticket is non-transferrable.

 

4. Joining of the Camp

You understand and acknowledge that:-

  • The joining of the Camp is subject to the full payment of the fees and the availabilities of tickets (on a first come first serve basis);
  • we shall use our best endeavor to keep the coaches as announced to coach in the Camp and shall use our best endeavor to find the best substitute of coaches in the event that the original coaches cancel their participation at the Camp;
  • you shall be solely responsible for any injuries that may happen during the Camp, and are therefore encouraged to arrange insurance with a sufficient insured sum in respect of any accidents arise out of or in the cause of the activities (including martial arts training) during the Camp;
  • you shall be solely responsible for the safekeeping and therefore any loss of personal belongings at the Camp;
  • if the Camp is postponed and/or cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the Company, you shall have no claim against the Company for any costs, damages or expenses howsoever arising or indirectly as a result of the postponement /cancellation of Camp;
  • we provide the Services and the Camp from a wide range of third party service providers. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from you due to the negligence /substandard of any third party services providers.

 

5. Warranties of the Participants

You, before joining the Camp, hereby warrant and represent that you shall:-

  • maintain a good state of your physical and mental health during the Camp;
  • maintain basic courtesy and respect towards other participants/ organizer/ staffs / hosts/ coaches and/or other third parties during the Camp;
  • follow strictly the instructions of the coaches during the Camp;
  • not abuse the use of and cause any damages to the facilities at the Camp;
  • shall not take any pictures / videos during the Camp unless with the express consent by the coaches or the organizer;

You further acknowledge and accept that we reserve the rights to promptly expel you from the Camp without any refund shall you are in serious breach of any of the above warranties and representations and without taking any remedial action after our warning.

 

 6. Ownership and use of Material and Information on the Website

The Website displays brands, trade marks and registered trade marks, which are registered in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of The The People’s Republic of China and/or other countries / regions. Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights in the content and information in the Website, including but not limited to all text, format, arrangement, sound, photographs, digital images, logos, videos, graphics, design, underlying source code and software. Other products and company names mentioned on the Website are proprietary to their respective owners. Material and information, either whole or in part, from this Website should not be reproduced, stored, copied, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any form or medium without our and/or the appropriate owners’ prior written permission.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and are not responsible for any content or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

10. Delivery of Tickets

The ticket(s) are delivered from and by us to your designated email address. We shall not be held liable for any delay of delivery of the tickets to the Designated Address for less than seven (7) days from the date of the Agreed Time. If you do not received the tickets at the Designated email address and at the Agreed Time (or any time to be further agreed between you and us), you shall, within seven (7) days from Agreed Time, email us at team4stripes@, failing which we shall reserve our rights to repudiate the contract between you and us regarding the tickets without further notice.

All your personal data are provided to us on a voluntary basis but if you do not provide us with all personal data we requested, we may not be able to provide the Services to you.

General information related to the use of the Website (such as number of visitors, visited pages or duration of usage) is saved and analyzed if necessary, in order to carry out the acceptance test for individual web page. The collection of this data shall, unless otherwise indicated, be undertaken in an anonymous form for statistical purposes and serve the market research.

In addition, we assure you that we would evidently comply with the statutory regulations for the use of data, so that you would feel safe when using the Website.

We will treat your personal data as confidential. However, from time to time, we may need to disclose your personal data to other persons in order to carry out our activities or because we are required to do so by law. The Agreement is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the Agreement or in connection with the use of the Website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China. The Website may be accessed from overseas. We make no representation that the content on the Website complies with the laws of any country or region outside Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China.
